Membranes & coatings

PU and ePE membranes, and PU coatings, for waterproof ratings from 5,000 to 20,000 mm. Membranes are chosen by breathability target and hand feel.

PFC-free (C0) water-repellent finishes as standard, tested by spray rating before and after 20 washes.

Membrane lamination for 2L, 2.5L and 3L shells, and bonding of stretch face fabrics to fleece or mesh for softshells.

Calendering and cire for downproof fabrics, peach and brushed finishes, wicking, anti-odor and cool-touch treatments.

Mechanical stretch from high-twist yarns without spandex, and 2-way and 4-way stretch with spandex for activewear and softshells.

Recycled nylon 6 and recycled polyester in 15D–75D, with GRS transaction certificates available per order.
